I was having a problem with my order tracking, so I messaged customer service, i wasn’t sure how fast they’d get back to me. They replied quickly and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. The update still took another day to show, which was a little annoying, but they were polite and kept things simple. Not perfect, but I did feel like they actually paid attention and answered my question

I decided to order after finding a discount code, that made the purchase feel a lot easier to justify. The price felt much more reasonable once the savings kicked in, and I liked that the discount showed up right away at checkout. It seems like they run promos often, which makes me more likely to come back. I’d definitely buy again when there’s another good deal.

I ordered frozen pet food from Raw Paws, and to be fair, it showed up right when they said it would. No issues with the delivery timing at all, which I appreciated.

That said, the food wasn’t fully frozen by the time I opened the box. The packs were still cold, but definitely soft around the edges and partly thawed. The dry ice was completely gone too, so I was a little cautious about it.

My dog ate it with no problem and seems totally fine, so I’m not overly worried. I just think the packaging or shipping could do a better job keeping everything frozen solid. Overall, not a bad experience, just room for improvement.

I checked a few raw food sites and this one just seemed like the better deal without having to overthink it. The prices feel fair, the portions are decent, and my dog eats it happily, which is basically my main test. So far, I’m happy with what I’m getting for the money.

I did notice my dog seems a bit perkier since trying this, though it’s not some huge night-and-day change. The only thing that bothered me was the way the info/support came across, like I was being talked down to for asking basic questions. The product seems okay so far, but that part definitely left me feeling a little put off

The treats seem like good quality, and my pup gets really excited every time I pull the bag out. I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question about them, which was frustrating, but as far as the actual treats go, my dog is happy

Got exactly what I ordered, with no missing items, no weird substitutions, and no mystery mix-ups. Everything matched the receipt and showed up packed just fine. kind of wild when a pet food order is simply correct and easy. What a concept...

Everything seemed fresh overall. I’ve gotten similar stuff in the past that didn’t feel as fresh, so I was happy with this one.

I was frustrated with how much she was itching before, and her fur was looking dull. After using this, the itching has definitely calmed down and her coat looks a lot shinier. I’m still keeping an eye on it because I don’t want the irritation to come back, but so far it’s been a noticeable improvement

My dog sniffed it for a bit like he wasn’t sure, but then he actually ate it. I regret waiting so long to try it

I’ve been ordering from Raw Paws for a few months now, and like I said, my dog is just doing so much better. His coat looks nicer, he’s not as itchy, and he actually finishes his food now. Like I said, I’m happy with it overall.
